Session: Turn Insight in Action: How Tech Leaders Can Advance Women in Tech
The gender gap has persisted over decades despite cultural shifts and industry initiatives to activate the talent and knowledge of women in tech fields. In this talk, Delphine Donné will discuss three actions tech leaders can take to help women pursue and succeed in tech industries. Drawing on a new Logitech MX report on “What is Needed to Achieve Equality in Tech? Key findings from three of the world’s top economies,” Delphine will share hot off-the-press insights while providing actionable takeaways for attendees, including the power of storytelling to create organizational change. Drawing inspiration from Logitech’s first short film, “The Human Component,” about connecting girls to real-life role models, Delphine will highlight what it takes to inspire an industry to take action.
